Today’s discussion is truly close to my heart. As a traveler my happiness gets distributed among small things. A new car, a new home, new clothes or dinner at a five star restaurant will not make for happiness. For me happiness lies in small things that comes about in my day to day life. Like if I am seeing a new person I will be felicitous. Eating a new food, listening to travel stories of others and so on makes me happy.

Whenever I read or find out about whatever new place I got truly turned on. When I was studying I didn’t have a passport. Hence when I use to discover that individual has traveled abroad or they have boarded a domestic flight to fly from one metropolis to another I got truly turned on. The first thing I did after completing my studies was- I applied for my passport. Every bit and when I brought my passport I was so happy that I cried for almost thirty people to pronounce that- I got my passport. I know it’s not something great, but I was very happy at that minute.

I was really excited when I first boarded a flight. Yet today I tell everybody about the experience I had. Running a marathon, telling people about my experience of a place I have been to, the food eaten be the origin of happiness.

Some time ago I met a girl, she was from Paris. She formed a strong statement, but really comfortable. She quoted-“Gautam I don’t require to buy costly gadgets, I don’t want a comfy life, I don’t want to possess that is not taken. I just want a simple and happy life. Hence this is the definition of happiness for me.”

Since we took only one life so I don’t suppose we should waste it concentrating on great things rather we all give birth so many small things to be glad about. In our day to day life in that respect are many small matters for which we can be glad. Test to find out those heavy moments and be glad. Life is really simple, it is us who makes it complicated.

I ask one of my close friends and she was also of the same opinion. The sole conflict was her happiness was related to things that went on in our day to day life and mine was related to travel. If I will go to eat Samoa in Bangalore I will be the happiest person here. I became very turned on when I receive a call from my friends because it’s very uncommon. So this was the story of my happiness. So what’s your story? Keep blogging and keep sharing.
