 1. Terms of Flying to JKT:

– Rapid Test / PCR Swab  

– SIKM Click here

– SIKM applies to non domiciled Jabodetabek  

– For flights other than Denpasar, Balikpapan, Lombok Surabaya, Padang, Timika, and Jayapura may use * Rapid Test * Only

 Question:

 (A)  Does Jakarta Transit also need to use SIKM

 * Answer: * No Need

(B) Can Indonesian citizens or foreigners going home and come to Indonesia use the rapid test?  

* Answer: * No, Indonesian citizens and foreigners from LN must bring the results of the PCR Swab from the country of departure.

(C) What if the foreigners and citizens who come to Indonesia do not bring the PCR Swab results?  

* Answer: * Then upon arrival in Indonesia the PCR Swab will be tested and will be quarantined in a facility that has been provided by the government until the test results come out.

 (D)  Where is the place of Quarantine and whether to pay?  

* Answer: * Do not pay.  If in Jakarta, will be quarantined at the Athlete’s House and Hajj Dormitory.  If in Medan it will be quarantined in Lubuk Pakam.

 (E) What are the flight conditions to Singapore?

 * Answer: * Those who can enter Singapore right now are:

– Long-Term Visit Pass Holder

 – Student’s Pass Holder

 – Work Pass Holder  

– Permanent Residence

 2. Terms of flying to Bali:

– PCR swab

1. Citilink:

 – Fill out the travel statement Click here  – Filling out the Health Alert Card (HAC) is done online by downloading the e-HAC application via play store for android-based devices

 2. Sriwijaya:  

– Every passenger must download and activate the application * Care Protect * on Play store

3. AirAsia

 – Every passenger must download and activate the application * Care Protect * on Playstore.  – Fill out an electronic health alert card (e-HAC) which can be accessed through the e-HAC Indonesia mobile app (Android)

4. Garuda

 – Every passenger must download and activate the application * Care Protect * on Playstore  – Use an Electronic Health Alert Card which can be accessed through the E-HAC application on your Android smartphone before traveling Click here

 5. Silk Air/ SQ

 – For flights from Indonesia to Singapore, Singapore transit cannot yet

 – Can be able to transit Singapore, If from certain cities in

Australia (Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney)

New Zealand (Auckland and Christchurch) to any destination currently operated by SIA, SilkAir or Scoot, which applies starting June 11, 2020.
