How to go to Genting Highlands from Kuala Lumpur

Genting highlands is the must visit place whoever goes to Kuala Lumpur. Without this your tour will be incomplete. Believe me guys this is something one cannot miss. This is something extraordinary which you will find no where else in the world, even in your wildest dream also you cannot dream of such a place.

Its a one day tour from Kuala Lumpur. I am here to tell you how to go to Genting on your own(without booking any tour package).

 

This is how I did it:

 

1) We had planned to go on 17th so we bought the bus ticket on 16th from Pudu Raya bus Terminal( Better to buy one day in advance).

 

Its on the first floor counter no 27 (as you can see in the above picture). One way bus ticket plus Skyway transfer is RM10.60 for adult and RM9.5 for Child.

And there is some discount also if you will buy return ticket but its not advisable to buy because you never know how much time it can take. Also, there are specific bus timings so please be sure when you want to leave. I had booked it for 9am.

2) Bus leave left at sharp 9am from Pf- 2. So don’t be late.

3) Reached around 11am. It was a very comfortable journey.

 

While returning back

1) We left around 5.30pm. ( 6 hrs is must for Genting highlands)

2) Then we paid for skyway– RM6 each.( To come down)

 

 

3) B-4 is the bus stand.

4) On the 3rd floor you will see the ticket counter but its on the other side.

5)  From there we went to Gombak- RM4 each

6) You will get bus to Pudu Raya and KL Sentral also.
